This JK learner persisted through a difficult IXL assignment today and never gave up! She found resources in the classroom that she could use to help her figure out her teen numbers and earned her IXL badge independently! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay @pringarrett
This Kinder Kid showed empathy and kindness on the playground and sought out a teacher to help when her friend had an injury. She received the #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay for practicing safety and knowing that big problems need big people. @pringarrett
HSD Families & Staff:
Due to staffing issues, a shortage of substitutes, and approaching adverse winter weather, there will be no school or activities in the Harrisburg School District tomorrow, Friday, January 14th. At this time, Saturday activities will go on as planned.
The District has been experiencing a shortage of substitutes. We would encourage anyone interested in subbing to contact the District Office.
