This young lady was our #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay today. She has been working hard on her writing - proving to herself that she CAN do it! She has been a great role model for mask-wearing and is a great person to be around. She is friendly and always ready with a smile!

This young man was nominated by Ms Rieger for the #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay for being a great friend. Today in PE, instead of winning a race, he stopped to check on someone from another team who had fallen. A great example of leadership, kindness and sportsmanship! #ProudPrincipal

These young ladies were the #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay from Mrs. Wiekingโs Class. They took time from their day to interact with a Distance Learner over Zoom to make sure the student felt connected to friends at school.

This young man was our #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay. He was quick to ask Mr. S to be his reading buddy when he came into the room this morning. He read him two books and showed him all the hard work he has been doing.

This young man was nominated for the #GoddNewsCallOfTheDay by Mrs. Brooks and Ms. Nepodal for his persistence in reading and math! He checks in with facilitators to share what he learned and shares about his love of reading at home.

Students in Ms. Riegerโs class were treated to a Book Tasting โ books from all different genres were presented and students were able to โsampleโ books from each to discover new books or genres they may like to read to completion.
