Mrs. Ruden challenged her learners to add some "meat" to their writing - using interesting words, adjective & details. Wouldn't you know it - this young man embraced that challenge FULLY adding some awesome details to his writing! We had a good time calling mom for today's #GoodNewsCalloftheDay

LET'S GO BAND!! Super proud of the hard work our learners and Mrs. Jacobsen have put in this year. They shared an amazing show with our community tonight!

Mrs. Taylor has seen this young man put a lot of effort into his reading this year. What's really cool is seeing all of his hard work validated! He bumped up six levels in his reading, which is a reflection of his effort and perseverance! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

In the last 24 hours, I've had two different staff members reach out about how proud they are of this young man for the responsibility he's taken and his maturity! Super proud of his growth! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

This young man went out of his way to return the library book that he found outside. Not something you see every day, but REALLY appreciate how he took responsibility to get the book back where it belonged! #LittleThingsMatter #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

A reminder there will be no school Friday, April 28th. 🐾

Mrs. C is SO PROUD of this young lady and her growth as a reader! She has been doing AMAZING things looking at all of the letters to read through the word! We had a great time calling mom to brag for today's #GoodNewsCalloftheDay

It was super cool to watch this young man do several little things to help others at lunch yesterday. His acts of kindness were done without wanting recognition, but all of those little things add up to make a BIG difference! #GoodNewsCalloftheDay #ChooseKind

Mrs. Halvorson has seen this young learner made amazing growth this year as a reader! Her hard work, willingness to take risks & creative thinking have made all the difference! #GoodNewsCalloftheDay

It's not very often a young person takes the time to write a letter sharing their appreciation for someone else in their life. Today, a 5th grade learner got the chance to share a letter he wrote to one of our amazing bus drivers, Richie! What a great example of the difference any person can make in the life of a child! Fun to celebrate Richie for today's #GoodNewsCalloftheDay

It is pretty cool when an entire class nominates a classmate for the #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay! This young lady shares a joke with her class every day, something they look forward to daily. Her laughter, joy, and great sense of humor add so much to 3B!

The School Board Election slated for May 9, 2023 will not take place. The School Board had two vacancies which were filled by the two candidates that filed petitions. Mike Knudson and Linda Heerde will be starting their new 3 year terms in July 2023.

Ms. Uthe has seen this young lady's kindness and generosity come through so many times! She is always smiling and looking for opportunities to help others – such an awesome quality to see in such a young learner! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

A reminder there will be no school Friday, April 7th or Monday, April 10th. 🐾🌸

Mrs. Kindt has seen such amazing growth in this young man's writing! He has shown great perseverance to grow in an area that wasn't his favorite. His hard work is paying off! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

Mrs. Taylor was super impressed with this young lady's selflessness & caring. Her classmate got back after being gone for several days and she went out of her way to help her get caught up with a big project. Awesome to see such kindness! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay

Ms. Hetland has seen so much growth with this young man recently – showing patience, persistence, and noticing the needs of others! #GoodNewsCallOfTheDay
