On April 16th, Harrisburg Advanced Culinary Arts students competed in the Schwan's Culinary Skills Challenge in Marshall, MN. Competitions included Culinary Cooking, Barbecue, Knife Skills, Food Art, Cake Decorating, and Baking Science. Many students earned a spot in the top 3, earning themselves a medal! We are so Tiger Proud!
